Please be aware that certain situations may void refund eligibility or result in additional charges:
- Last-minute Cancellation: Canceling after the technician is en route or on-site.
- Site Readiness: The site is not prepared (e.g., cluttered, drilling restricted, unfinished renovation).
- Incorrect Details: Providing the wrong address or contact information.
- No-Shows: Failing to arrive or being more than 15–30 minutes late without notice.
In these instances, service fees may not be refunded, and rescheduling may incur extra costs.
Disclaimer Policy
The following customer-responsible scenarios may lead to non-refundable fees and additional rescheduling charges:
- Last-Minute Cancellation: Service is canceled after the technician has started traveling or arrived.
- Product Mismatch: Customer-selected products do not fit or cannot be installed due to size or type errors.
- Unprepared Site: Installation is blocked by drilling restrictions, unfinished renovations, or an unstable/cluttered environment.
- Inaccurate Info: Incorrect address or contact details prevent service completion.
- Quantity Discrepancy: The actual number of items on-site differs from the order quantity.
- Preference Changes: Requests for reinstallation or adjustments after a correct installation is completed will incur additional fees.
To avoid unnecessary charges, please contact customer service as early as possible for any changes.
