Fabric Swatches & Sample Booklets:
Shipped via DHL eCommerce or USPS, with a lead time of 2–6 days. Mailbox delivery, no signature required.
Ready-made & Customized Curtains and Drapes:
Shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS, lead time 7–14 days. Door-to-door service; a signature may be required to ensure safe delivery.
Blinds & Shades:
Shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS. Door-to-door service; signature may be required.

- Roman Shade – Plain style: 12–18 days; other styles: 21–30 days

Worldwide Reach & Duties
We ship worldwide to street addresses (office or home) only. Military addresses and PO Boxes unfortunately cannot be served.
Within the United States:
All fees are covered. No extra charges.
Outside the United States:
We cover duties and VAT in most regions. In certain countries, local customs may levy VAT or import fees according to local regulations; if applicable, these are the customer’s responsibility. We continuously work to minimize unexpected charges and provide a smooth delivery experience.
Optional: Worry-Free Purchase
Add a layer of reassurance to your bespoke order. This service secures a refund if your order does not arrive as described, including loss or damage during transit. Material proof is required for claims.
- Cost: Approximately 2% of the merchandise value, applicable to all orders.
- Coverage details:
- Arrival delay: Claim $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international packages).
- Damage: Claim up to the full purchase value if items are damaged in transit.
- Loss: Claim the full purchase value if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international packages).
- Arrival delay: Claim $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international packages).
- Insurance takes effect when the order is shipped.
- Cancel anytime by contacting support@draperfect.com. Once canceled, claims cannot be made.

Fulfillment & Carrier Network
We select the optimal carrier based on destination, package weight, and other factors; carrier choice is not customizable. We partner with USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, DHL Express, and UPS—trusted networks that uphold door-to-door reliability through our direct accounts.
- Fabric swatches and sample booklets ship from domestic inventory.
- Curtains, blinds, and shades ship directly from our vertical factory via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
Tracking & Address Modifications
Once the carrier collects your package, our system emails you the carrier name and tracking number.
Track your order here, use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or visit the carrier’s official website to monitor progress and schedule delivery.
Address modifications:
Changing the shipping address after carrier pickup is not supported. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please first contact the local delivery service.
