How do I place an order with Draperfect?
Ordering with Draperfect is simple:
1. Customize your product: Select your preferred product and complete the required custom details, such as size, fabric, color, lining, heading style, and quantity.
2. Add to cart: Review your selections and add the item to your cart.
3. Review your order: Confirm all custom details carefully before checkout.
4. Enter shipping and payment details: Provide your shipping address and payment information.
5. Place your order: Apply any eligible discount code and complete payment.
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. For assistance, contact support@draperfect.com.
How do I view or manage my order?
To view or manage an order, sign in using the same email address used at checkout. If the order was placed without an account, or if it does not appear under your account, contact support@draperfect.com with your name, checkout email address, and approximate order time so our team can help locate it.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What should I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation or order number, please check the following:
1. Confirm the email address entered at checkout.
2. Check your spam or junk folder.
3. If you placed the order while logged into an account, make sure you are checking the email address associated with that account.
4. If the confirmation is still missing, contact support@draperfect.com with your name, checkout email address, and approximate order time.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact support@draperfect.com as soon as possible. Order Cancellation Policy visit here.
Cancellation eligibility follows these rules:
- Non-made-to-order items may be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipment.
- Orders cancelled within 12 workday hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after production begins may still be cancelled, but 25% of the product price will be charged.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
- Made-to-order products that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Once your order ships, you will receive the carrier name and tracking number.
Can I change my custom order after placing it?
If you need to change a custom order, please contact support@draperfect.com as soon as possible with your order number and the exact details you would like to update.
For custom orders, changes requested after the 12-hour window may incur a fee of 25% of the product price. This fee covers costs associated with adjustments to the production process.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact support@draperfect.com as soon as possible before your order ships.
Once an order has shipped or is out for pick-up, the shipping address cannot be changed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Draperfect accepts payments from all major banks. If you have payment-related concerns, please contact us here for assistance.
Why was my payment declined or not accepted?
If your payment is not accepted, please check the following:
1. Review your billing and payment details, including card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.
2. Try another payment card or payment method.
3. If the issue continues, contact your bank or the relevant third-party payment provider, such as PayPal, PingPong, or Payoneer, for advice.
4. Please note that one order can only be paid with one credit card. If you would like to use different cards, please divide the items into multiple orders.

How do discounts and promotions work?
Sale information is updated on Draperfect’s sale page, and discount codes are often displayed on the homepage. Please check the code’s expiration time before use.
Discount rules:
- Only one discount code can be applied at a time.
- A single discount code can be combined with a gift card.
- Some codes may be limited to specific products or minimum order amounts.
- Trade discount codes are tied to the corresponding Draperfect trade account.
- If your code is not working, check whether it has expired, whether the product or order qualifies, and whether another discount code has already been applied.

I can’t access my account or order. What should I do?
For issues with account registration, login, or bot authentication, please first try using another browser or switching to a stable network.
You may also follow the account login guidance or code reset guidance. If the issue continues, contact support@draperfect.com with your name, checkout email address, and order details if available.
How do custom width and height fractions work?
Width and height fractions allow you to enter precise custom dimensions. Use the whole number field for the full inch measurement, and use the fraction field for the remaining fractional amount.
For example, if your desired width is 40.625 inches, select 40 as the whole number and 5/8 as the fraction.
Use this guide:
- 0.000 = 0
- 0.125 = 1/8
- 0.250 = 1/4
- 0.375 = 3/8
- 0.500 = 1/2
- 0.625 = 5/8
- 0.750 = 3/4
- 0.875 = 7/8

How is the width of pleated curtains measured?
For pleated curtains, the ordered width refers to the finished width after the pleats are formed, not the flat fabric width before pleating. The finished width is measured from the leftmost pleat to the rightmost pleat and does not include the return or side tuck.
The flat fabric width will be greater than the finished width because additional fullness is used to create the pleats.
