Cancellation Policy

Many Draperfect pieces are made to your exact specifications and may enter production shortly after your order is placed. To balance flexibility with the materials and craftsmanship involved, cancellations and changes are reviewed based on product type, production stage, and shipment status.

Cancellation & Change Windows


Non-Made-to-Order Items

For products excluding made-to-order items, orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders can no longer be canceled. After shipment, you will receive the carrier name and tracking number.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items may include custom drapes, Roman shades, blinds, rods, tracks, and other products produced according to your selected specifications.

  • Within 12 hours of order submission: Made-to-order items may be canceled or changed, subject to review and confirmation.
  • After 12 hours of order submission: Cancellation or change requests are subject to a 25% production and handling fee based on the product price.
  • Once shipped: Orders can no longer be canceled or changed.

Change requests may include, but are not limited to, size, measurement, color, material, header style, mount type, liner selection, or other custom specifications.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change


Please email support@draperfect.com with your order number and the subject line “Cancellation or Change Request.”

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation or modification, along with any applicable fee or refund amount.

Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation or modification. Eligibility depends on the product type, production stage, and shipment status.

Refund Timeline


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. After the refund is processed, please allow 5–7 days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
