At Draperfect, every window treatment is created with care, precision, and respect for the materials chosen for your home. To help you order with greater confidence and care for your finished pieces properly, we provide product guidance before purchase and limited warranty support after delivery.

Confidence Before You Customize

Custom window treatments are highly personal. To help you make considered decisions before production begins, we offer support throughout the ordering process.

  • We recommend reviewing fabric swatches before placing a custom order so you can see the color and feel the texture in person.
  • Our team can provide guidance on measurement, product selection, and choosing the most suitable collection for your windows.
  • Reasonable return requests may qualify for review within 30 days of receipt, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Curtains and shades should be installed according to proper Installation Instructions. Please install hooks, tracks, rods, and hardware carefully to help prevent damage to the fabric, shade structure, or lifting system.

Please note: our return policy does not apply to return or refund requests based on fabric selection if the customer has not reviewed a fabric sample or declines to receive a fabric sample after the order is placed.

Limited Warranty

Draperfect stands behind the materials and craftsmanship of our drapery, shades, and blinds.

Warranty coverage varies by product type. Specific warranty terms can be found on each product page.

Under this limited warranty, products are covered against confirmed manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.

If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, Draperfect may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal residential use.

Covered issues may include manufacturing defects in stitching, seams, construction, or covered product components, depending on the product type and the applicable product-specific warranty terms.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including normal fading from sunlight, fabric fraying, loss of color intensity, or gradual changes from regular use.
  • Damage caused by water, insects, pets, mold, excessive humidity, or other environmental conditions.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, incorrect care, washing, dry cleaning, harsh chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to repair, or otherwise altering the product.
  • Deterioration of operating mechanisms over time from normal use.
  • Product obsolescence, discontinued components, or future design updates.
  • Reasonable variations in texture, color, or natural fiber characteristics.
  • Issues excluded or limited by the specific warranty terms listed on the applicable product page.

How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please email support@draperfect.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item requiring review.

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the issue qualifies under this limited warranty.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Draperfect may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.
